Ingredients:
- Potatoes (2-3 medium size)
- Onion (1 small)
- Green chili (1)
- Handful of spinach
- Gram flour (2 cups)
- Corriander seeds (1 tspn)
- Red chili powder (1/4 tspn)
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (for frying)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a nice smooth batter with water. Put oil on medium heat. Once the oil is warm enough for frying, put the batter with a spoon for frying. Fry for 4-5 minutes OR till it gets brown.
Serve with chutney of your choice.
